It's Whole Earth Festival weekend, take your mother out to some live music eh? Or just have her turn on her radio to hear Portland, OR's RUN ON SENTENCE in-studio and then over at Sophia's tonight along with another on the air guest from Portland CASEY NEILL. Plus Davis City Council candidate ROB ROY drops by to talk about his candidacy and sings his Davis anthem, "The Little Tomato". Ugh!

This week we have cool new stuff from Extremoduro, Portishead, some cool Bowie covers (because Bowie's just too cool, man). And that's just the first ten minutes of the show! In all honesty, that's quite a lot of f***ing cool already. BUT, as an added bonus: we will be watching the weirdest music video ever made, and discussing it while we watch it. Apparently it's really bloody weird, so it should be... fun?

Could it be? Bear and Mucky are both on safari in the arctic. A noble warrior will manage the media as our heroes hunt endangered species. Update: Nobody warned Bear or Mucky about the zombie penguins. Reports indicate that Bear no longer has the desire to enrich his mind with learning, but still desires brains. Mucky may have escaped on an iceberg, thanks in part to advanced melting from global warming. Which is ironic, because global warming was the cause of the penguin zombification in the first place. Meanwhile, DJ End-Stop fills in
