We lost Bo this week, but there are hundreds of records that either cover his songs or use the riffs he made famous. Look for lots of Bo, Buddy Holly, the Stones, Jefferson Airplane, Eric Clapton, U2, The Police, Creedence Clearwater, George Thorogood, and dozens more. Rest in Peace, Bo Diddley!

He's one of the most consistently brilliant and constantly evolving guitarists on the blues scene. Not only that, he's a hell of a lot of fun. There's a bit of surf/blues from Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater and his collaborator Ronnie Baker Brooks to kick things off. Look for Howard Glazer and the EL 34s teaming up with Detroit legend Emanuel Young, as well as fellow midwesterners Moreland and Arbuckle with their brand of hill-country influenced blues. Bob Brozman has a new one out, as does Honeyboy Edwards - be prepared to let your backbone slide!
