The Robot Rocket Residence (633 M) is proud to announce another great house show with some rad bands from Olympia and the Bay! Due to the touring acts there will be a $5 cover (which is way less than you'd pay to see these awesome acts in the Bay)

LAKE (Olympia): One of my favorite indie-pop bands of the past decade, they were scheduled to play a much bigger and hipper venue in Sac. They got bitten by the house show bug and that's good news for all us Davis fans! LAKE can best be described as Fleetwood Mac meets Olympia- so naturally, lots of handclaps, tambourines and male-female harmonies.

last minute add to the bill! Nacho Buisness, Sacto's local twee legends are venturing out of Sac and ready to fill yr ears will happy twee fantasticalness. They're perennial KDVS' faves!

Yea-Ming (Oakland, Dreamdate, solo set) is coming up from the bay to do an acoustic (mostly) solo set! If you love Dreamdate then your heart will explode for her solo work! Soft, beautiful pop songs for the child in all of us.

Skrill Meadow (Olympia) is Markly from LAKE. He's doing a solo set, or as he says, "a one man supergroup". Very much in the eclectic, nostalgic vain similar to KDVS. He mixes 80s/90s R&B with lofi electronics and adds some northwest indie flavor.
